In case you want to know the steps Áine likely took, enter the film number in Search>Catalog
The result will give you the record with both the Film and Image Group Number as well as the format the record is in. In this case "Taufen 1776-1789" has a magnifying glass, which means you can search the indexed information, and a camera, which means you can browse the images.
Clicking on the magnifying glass will allow you to search Carl's name and find him in the indexed records.
