Name Review - Wisconsin Deed Records

I am encountering several names highlighted that are in the property description of land being sold; are these names intended to be highlighted or should they be marked as Not A Person? For example, "the lot bounded on land of __[name]___ " or another was "Nelsons orchard" where Nelson was not one of the parties or witness of the deed.

Unfortunately I was unable to figure out how to identify the batch I was working on to include here.
