    Would a moderator please direct this to someone who can fix it? It has been erroneously indexed, as a marriage bond. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HT-6QY9-W9H?i=284

    @Joseph L49

    Firstly, you probably should have raised this as a new question, rather than adding to this old item.

    Secondly, it seems at least "marriage bond-related" to me: so what are you suggesting it should have been indexed as?

    Finally, I doubt very much if FamilySearch would re-index this under a different category, regardless. Many items have been placed under record titles to which they do not belong, but once there FamilySearch keeps them there (regardless whether a researcher would not dream of looking for, say, a marriage record in a burials collection, or an event that took place far away hundreds of miles from the geographical area to which it has been assigned).
