Regarding M6RL-CHP, system would not save change in marriage place event.

The couple has 4 marriage events, in two different states, and one with no place. Have you tried cleaning up the marriage events first?

This may be a spot where you cannot save identical information. If you tried to fix the non-standardized place of Decatur, Ia, by turning it into Decatur, Iowa, United States, that would have made the first entry identical to the third entry and that is probably what prevented the save.
As @Áine Ní Donnghaile stated, clean this up by just deleting the first two entries since one is a full duplicate and one is a partial duplicate, then work on determining where they were actually married and delete the incorrect one.
