For the first part, this is fairly obvious; if you have an ad for the Michael L. Aday Meat Loaf Company, Michael L. Aday will not be indexed. For the second part, This means when you have individuals that are listed within the business name; ie, F. J. Kromenaker with North Side Lumber and Timber Co., F. J. will not be index with your batch as he will be indexed in an individual listing.
