Translation Request: Lazzaro Spallanzani Birth Certificate
This is Lazzaro Spallanzani, my great great grandfather. I have done research on all of my ancestors at least seven generations out except for him. Lazzaro's origins are unknown, and there's a lot of family lore surrounding him that I'm highly skeptical of. Not much is known about him before he came to the United States on 17 October 1906. However, I was able to find his birth certificate a couple of years ago, which you see above. I'm pretty certain he was a foundling, and I'm interested in where he was found, who named him and other side info. A full translation of the document word for word (or at least as close to that as possible) would be even better.

Do you have a link to the original record on here? The image is a bit small and unclear.

16 Oct 1877, Buccheri - Giuseppa DiPasquale, 38, worker, declared that at 6:15pm on the 14th of the month in Via Castello, a male was born to a woman who did not agree to be named, given the name Lazzaro and the surname Spallanzani.
Witnesses Mariano Calafato, 46, clerk, and Francesco Dagnino, 36, clerk.
The declarant announced the birth because she was present at the delivery. Read to all and signed but not by the declarant who was illiterate.
He was given his name by the clerk, as was usual practice for abandoned babies.

@DangKwei I tried to send the picture itself, but there was a glitch, so I sent the PDF instead.
@Cousin Vinny Thank you so much for the translation and link! I tried to find it on Antenati but couldn’t.
