Group Family Tree

Unable to Accept Invitations to Join New Upgraded Family Group for Living- I'm sending out invitations to join my existing family group to access for living persons- copied & emailed the invite link but when the recipient tries to click on it to accept it on their phone, they see a screen flash up that says something about the invite & you can see the accept box but it's only there for about 2-3 seconds & then is gone, which does NOT allow you time to read or make the action & accept it. THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM. I'm one of the administrators on my family group & am very experienced in FamilySearch, being a 25+ yr family history consultant & am logged into FamilySearch DAILY. Please advise ASAP. Thanks- Terry Ferguson
