Click on the trash can icon on your toolbar.
This dialog box will appear.
Select "All blank entries" and click Delete. You will then be able to submit your batch.

If you used the "fill down" function on a field, you'll need to remove its effects on the unused entries in order for them to count as blank for the trashcan. The simplest way to do this is to go to the first unused entry, delete the contents of the filled-down field, and then use fill-down again to clear it in the rest of the unused entries.
Once the unused entries are blank, you can use the trashcan as erutherford explained.
