is there a way to hide updates I have made in the 'changes to people you follow' list
To explain. I can see 2 reasons to use the list.
- To easily find changes I have made recently.
- To keep an eye on people I follow for other people who are interested.
If there is a way to filter myself out of the list, I would have to do a lot less scrolling.

Click Options and deselect My Changes.
