"Amstelveen, North Holland, Netherlands" must be "Nieuwer-Amstel, North Holland, Netherlands". This is wrongly indexed in almost every source before 1964.
Additional info: Bevor 1964 "Amstelveen" was called "Nieuwer-Amstel", which wasa larger municipality as the modern Amstelveen. In 1964 parts of Nieuwer-Amstel were added to the municipality of Amsterdam. The remaining rest became the name Amstelveen.
