In an Application to Take Oath of Allegiance to the United States Under the Act of June 25, 1936 there is recorded a current husband that is born in the USA and a former husband, who was an alien at time of marriage and the reason the applicant believes she lost citizenship.

Need guidance indexing/reviewing these documents.

Thank you

You will index the current spouse. The researcher will see that she was married before when s/he views the document.
