Do the 'verify name' and verify place ' items show up in the total number of indexing?

When you do the twenty verify name batches, do those numbers show up in your total number of indexing for the month? If not, can the computer be changed to reflect that? I know the number should not be all important, but it is especially if you are trying to meet an individual or ward goal for the month or day. It is discouraging some of those that can't index the large batches from participating because they can't show that they are helping.
