Then the stake president forwards the document to the Area FamilySearch representative for their signature, and they send it to Headquarters to fulfill the order. The only cost is the needed remodeling of the room and adding the networking infrastructure and furniture, which is covered by the facility's budget. The Equipment is all sent on loan at no local expense.
