Death editing not available
The last few days I have been unable to edit any death information. The editing pen/pencil is not available.

@srfs It appears that the Pencil Icon appears only if the different flag is present.
Recently, there were changes to relax the conditions to make the two entries "different". If you do not see the pencil, click on the person name and make the edit it tne Person Page.

Yes, I know I can make edits on the Person page, but I have appreciated being able to make changes when I add a source that shows more information.
I also realize that the editing pen isn't there unless "Different" is displayed.
In my example -- death information is different ... there is a location in the source ... should be able to add that location by editing when attaching the source.
All other areas ... name, birth, burial, etc still show "different" when they don't match exactly. Death seems to be the only problem.

I will bring it to the attention of the engineers and lets see what is going on. It should have a Pencil next to Death on the right side.

You mentioned "there were changes to relax the conditions to make the two entries "different". Seems to me if anything is different in any way ... show "different" so the pen/pencil is available to edit.
Let the patron decided what to change if any changes are needed :-)

Notice that "Birth" is different ... but there is no pen to add the birth year while attaching sources

Notice that "Burial" is different ... but there is no pen/pencil available to add the burial date.
I really, really like that with the new source linker I can add to the records without having to copy the information, go to their person page and edit there.
