I am doing review on the above that should have filled out on behalf a child. I correct the Given name to the child but for the Oath of Allegiance was signed by the parent. How do you fill out the Oath.

I have saved it in my que for someone to take a look at.

    From the Project Instructions:

    If a naturalization document was filled out on behalf of a spouse or child, index the information about the child or spouse as the principal person. For documents created in behalf of a child, do not add entries in the data entry area to index the names of the parents.

    You will index the child's name in the OOA.
