City Directories - illegible
Hi - I am trying to work on the US City Directories but am finding that the 1st page of many of the batches is so faint that I cannot read it. Should I mark the batch no extractable data, return the batch, or just index the 2nd page that I can read. I have been returning the batch so far. Thanks
