How may I change a data entry record to show death record and not marriage record.

Hello. I have a batch that working on is marriages from Peru. However, there is one record that is for a deceased person. The record only gives me the option to enter marriage information. The record does not have the drop down arrow. This is the last image in the batch before I can submit. Please advise. Thank you.

Without a shared batch, this is just a guess, but if the indexing project is for marriages, then an image with nothing but a death record should have been marked "No, no extractable data" back in Step 1.
