How do I move pictures I didn't add from one person's file to another?

The three memories in the Dell D Davis file, M4QN-6H3, should be associated with the Ora Dell Davis file, GXQZ-HZH.

I requested the contributor, Margaret Ann Emery2, to remove these memories from the Dell D Davis file, and received no response.

Is there another way these memories can be added to their correct person and file?

You can't actually move the photos, but you can add tags to the correct profile and delete tags from the incorrect profile.
