Looking at this image from a Record Hint for Hubert Edward Robertson, L2PP-CCN. I've tried in Chrome and Edge and the Zoom button to zoom in closer will not blow it up enough to read the image. It also gets more blury as I do so if I could blow it up bigger I don't think I would be able to read the words.

Also, when I click on "View Original Document" on the pop up from the Hint, it takes me to a screen where I can see multiple images, but when I click on the image I want it does not open. The only way I can see the image is to click on the View Record button at the top of the popup. It takes me to a screen where I can click on View Original Document and see the image, but that's where it doesn't blow it up big enough to read it. I have had this issue in multiple sources I have tried to view in the past several months.

Have you tried editing the URL to go back to the old viewer? I can't test whether that'll help or not, because GenealogyBank obituaries are not available from a public FS account like mine. Of course, using the new viewer/editor, I can't even tell what the error message is, because it's covered by the filmstrip.

I have to delete the question mark and everything after it in my browser's address bar to be taken to the old viewer, which tells me what the problem is.

I have a GenealogyBank account and can see the image. It just won't let me blow it up enough to read what is there.
