Family tree disappeared

I put my family tree together. Yesterday something went wrong. It still will show my family tree but no longer show kids, parents, spouses, etc..

It still shows my parents on my tree but does not list the spouses, kids and parents. Can not add anything. What happen? I dated my family back to before the 1600's on most of them. Do I know have to redo it all? It still shows everyone is there but don't see it.

Are you logged in with the same username/account you used when you added this information? Profiles for the living can only be seen using the same account that created/connected them. Also check the changelog to see if a connection has been broken between you and one of those ancestors.

This sounds very strange. Can you post a screen shot of where you are looking that does not show any living people? Where you saw children and yesterday but not today?

@Jason3825 I notice you also comment on an existing thread about Famous Relatives. Is that where you are having a problem? https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/comment/534851#Comment_534851

Hi. I just saw this, and wanted to know if you have changed your login information over time or has it been corrected? I am not that familiar with this type of issue but will see if I can find you some help.

    Michael
