Hi, I mark a batch as YES, and then saw almost all details on the document was scratched through (cancelled). How do I change this to NO, NO extractable data?

Maybe I should have taken more time to read previous questions - I found the answer and corrected it, thanks.

If something is cancelled or scratched through, you still index it. This falls under the General Indexing Guidelines for

Crossed-Out, Corrected, Canceled, or Void Information

    • When information was crossed out and then replaced, type the new information in the appropriate fields.
    • When information was crossed out, was not replaced, and can be read, type the crossed-out information.
    • When information was crossed out, was not replaced, and cannot be read, mark the field as unreadable by pressing Ctrl+U or using the toolbar icon.
