Its 20 entries but its only 10 to write of a page
What I do if its 20 entries but I only have 10 in the image. how I submit it?

You delete the rows you don't need.

There is a default number of entries for each project, but you don't need to fill all of them. Near the top of the page, you should see a trash can icon. If you press it, it will give you the option to either delete the current entry or all blank entries.

Here are the steps to delete blank entries.
On your toolbar, locate and click on the trash can icon.
This dialog box will appear. Make sure you select "All blank entries", then click Delete. You will be left with you ten entries and will be ready yo submit the batch.
