This appears to be an intention of Citizenship... not sure. I indexed it. Is it correct? I see that he was born in Ireland but I don't recognize the county. West Maid?

  Yeah, it says "West Maid". It's probably an attempt at writing West Meath, but I'd index it as written (unless you know enough about Irish phonetics to know for sure whether Meath can sound like Maid).
