Batch [MQZL-NVT] has records with both baptism information and marriage information.
The records are the format that is usually for baptisms, but there are two records of the three on the image that have a marriage date and spouse for the same day as the baptism of one of the couple. Should I add entries for the two marriages?

No, don't do anything with the marriages. This project is covering baptisms only. Other projects will cover marriages, confirmations, deaths, etc.
