The result screen

Hello, After putting in my details for the person i wish to search for, the results appear, which is great. But if I have the screen at half size i.e. not full screen, the result side jumps around and it is very difficult to click on anything. If I go to full screen the result screen is okay.

But I usually work with the half screen, so I can look at other information at the same time.

This has only recently started to happen, hopefully it can be fixed.

Thank you

Dave Gosling

@David Gosling What OS and browser? I just checked using Firefox on fully-updated Windows 10, and I see no such problem searching on FS side-by-side with a Window open to Ancestry.

You might try the basic troubleshooting of clearing your FS cookies and/or making the same search using a different browser.

I'm having the exact same problem! I just reset the cookies without any change. I got out of the program, shut down the computer. No change. I'm using Chrome, Windows 11.

    Thanks for your help,

It's apparently in the FamilySearch website program. It happens all the time when you open the added side stuff.

if you have a huge monitor this is probably less often when you open two browser tabs.
