Not everyone needs all the help and suggestions when first signing in. I have used the site for years. I want to do a search but it takes twice as long to get where I want to go. Right now the site takes me to a distant relative that I have no interest in. The font at the beginning is too large. Make the options menu driven. The current design wastes my time.
