It won't let me complete the batch it's asking for information not listed on the document???
How can i talk to some one??

Please share you batch code. Your batch code is located at the top of the indexing screen and looks like [MQZF-RY6]. It is also located under Batch ---> About Batch and Help ---> Share Batch.

If it is asking for information that the document doesn't contain, you must mark the information blank by using Ctrl + B (Windows) or Cmd + B (Mac)
Linux might use Ctrl + B like windows, but I'm not a hundred percent sure on that.
