Michigan Nat Records Part A. In image 2 there is a handwritten date at the bottom
of the Oath of Allegiance. Should I use this date for entry fields for Event Day/Month/Year?

The date could be the OOA date, but it also could be a filing date of some sort. Because of this, I would not use it.
