    Given Name: Florene.

    Surname: Van Craenbrocok.

Van/Von is part of the surname, just like Mc/Mac is.

Given Name: Florent (There is that slight mark to make the "t" which is better in the signature line).

Surname: Van Craenbroeck or Van Craenenbroeck

Notice how the person signed the document so an "or" is required. (The signature is the correct name according to other records).

The name also appears on Social Security Numerical Identification Files:

    Florent Vancraenenbroeck

Also on census records and a few ship logs.
