Most strange. I see Nancy in English
Do you get the same with other records?
You say your account i=setting is English. Have you checked the language setting icon towards the top right hand corner?
Even if this is English, it might be worth switching to another language and then switching back to English to see if this helps.

Nancy's ID starts with LV, and the text looks like Latvian, so I think the URL that Jackie is using is missing an "/en/".
