NY Naturalization records Could someone please check image 2 and correct me or

confirm that I put the name correctly? I am not familiar with Italian names, so I'm uncertain as to whether or not the GN and SN are written properly.

    Just because the way the document was typed, I would list the surname as

    Guido or Guida Scotto Di Uccio

    There is every so slight different in the former name (Guido or Guida). They may have changed their surname as my relatives did from "a" to "o". On her birthplace, remove Prov from the place name.
