I have lost access to the Family Groups of people that I'm helping.  In many instances these folks have no computer skills and are only looking to harvest names to take to the temple personnally or provide for children and grandchildren to take to the temple.  Without access to their family group the only option I'm left with is to use their password to gain access to their family group.

There was a time when a helper had access to the family groups for the person being helped. But after careful consideration, FamilySearch decided that this was an unacceptable violation of privacy. When you join a group, you agree to let other group members see your information within the group, but you do not agree to let every helper of every group member to see group information. There are other things such as settings and messages that are not visible to helpers, and group information is in that same category.

[You asked for a response via an invalid email address. But even if it were valid, I will always respond to Community questions within the Community -- others may have the same question, and only a Community response will be visible to others.]
