Naturalization Help: Both Pages Belong to the Same Document
I was indexing, and noticed that this document- [MQHN-911] - and both pages belong to the same form. Some of the information on the second page was necessary for my completing the required information. I assume I shouldn't index the two witnesses, but should I mark the second page as unreadable orrrr...?

Image 2 contains the Oath of Allegiance, which you will index. An example on how to do this is located under How To Index an Oath of Allegiance in the Project Instructions.
On Image 1, you will index the name as follows:
Given Name: Lydia Krautz Or Lydia
Surname: Konkordia Haug
On Image 2:
Given Name: Lydia
Surname: Konkordia Haug
You must scan every document for any and all variations of the applicant's name, both given and surname. Her variation was found under number 10, on the line that says "under the name of". This phrase (or something similar, is used on these Naturalization documents in case of Maiden names, name changes and the like. When a variation of a name is found, you must include the word "Or" between each variation. Maiden/former names and married names are indexed in the Surname field with the maiden/former name indexed first. If it is a male, you will separate Surnames by the aforementioned "Or".
The record date for Image 1 is 2/18/1949, not 4/19/1949. That date is the date of the OOA.
