How do I print a Keepsake tree for my grandchildren. the link in the email works fine for me, but I can't find where to change the beginning person on these lovely trees.

The current format starts from the profile you have set as "Family Tree Starting Person" in your preferences.
I've seen a suggestion to change that to someone else, but I haven't tried it. I have used a different program, free, to create keepsake trees - stylized designs of names - https://www.wordclouds.com/
