attached record links incorrectly
in one of my branches, the record attaches ok but when I return the son is linked to the father or some such craziness. It only seems to happen in this particular family, but any relation I attach is cross linked when I return. Any ideas?

It's lined up Really Weirdly, but it's not actually linked incorrectly in your second screenshot -- that's what those black triangles mean: "this is not currently attached here; do you want it to be?".
That said, I have no idea why or how you're getting that second screenshot. I tried the "unfinished attachments" link from both Francis's and Ann's Sources lists, and Source Linker showed everything correctly matched up both times.
Exactly what steps are you taking to get to that second screenshot?

after attaching anyone in that family correctly, if i look at any other member they are cross attached

@maridiana, looking at your image where people are not lined up, Ann Symonds was not linked to her source yet. In Julia's image, she is. So was this during the process of attaching these sources and using the Change link to shift people around? Sometimes as you shift people on the left or right side the Source Linker cannot find, usually due to differences in names, the corresponding person on the other side. Once everyone is attached, this is less of a problem.
This just means that while Source Linker does as much as it can automatically, there are times when we have to manually line people up to attach sources.
