Merging into a read-only record

There are duplicate records for an individual named Wealthy Richards Clark. The original Wealthy is a read-only individual, who always to be the sister of an earlier apostle. It appears that her son, Edward Franklin (KWC2-PXB) was merged a few days ago. The record for Wealthy R Clark (GKQP-1M9) has no additional information and needs to be merged with Wealthy Richards (KWCN-WGC).
