Does "record place" mean place of residence or the location of the court?
I'm indexing naturalization records (specifically https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/99fd80a6-0f91-4a7f-af73-4bbd4f2f8417) and some of these petitions list both the petitioner's place of residence and the location of the court. In this case it's actually the same town but I couldn't find another example.

The record place will always be the place of the court. In this case it is New Haven, Connecticut.
