I was looking at a Community profile and see a new badge icon:
The hover description shows Promote. What does that mean?

I think it means someone clicked the "promote" button under one of your posts.

@Maile L There is no "promote" button visible for me. Is it possibly only visible - and therefore only available - to a Mod/Manager?

I can see on which comment I received a "Promote" but I can't see who gave it. Normally, I can see who liked or agreed with a comment or post.
