Index has wrong county name

When an index is wrong as to name of county but the detail screen is correct, what action does one take to correct the misinformation?

Can you give us a specific example, please @Thomas Scott_4?
From your description, it may be an on-the-fly placename standardization issue. A mod has undertaken the HUGE mission to get these problems reported to the proper department. It's necessary to have a specific example for that to happen.
