downloaded images
Why are my downloaded grayscale images have a red tinge. Never had that problem with previous grayscale images.

Can you share what kind of record you are downloading? Have you looked at the image on more than one device? I know my previous monitor was beginning to show everything with a pinkish tinge, as it was starting to fail.

All my B&W images are jpgs. My monitor is new. I think the problem is with the Ancestry site. I've downloaded dozen of b&w images attached to my ancestors with no previous issues.

@Andre Guindon You have commented on the FamilySearch Community. If the problem images are from Ancestry, then you need to ask Ancestry.
