Living German relative (per email subject) can't be found

I received an email with the subject line "Karen, we found a living cousin connection in Germany." When I click the link to view this connection, nothing shows up. Very very frustrating!

  is this still happening?

  one thing that might possibly make a difference - is to log on to FamilySearch BEFORE you click the link.
