This is true for phone calls: and we need to pray before we ever begin our Family Search Support work, that we will have the Spirit to be with us: to help us understand what the Guest is needing; and that we will be led to the correct and contributing answer to that need. I know that the Lord will bless and enlarge us as we engage in this work with all our abilities.
