Incomplete Index Record

Looks like this record was not indexed properly.

Document clearly shows missing information, e.g. name.

Can't edit fields that were not indexed.

    I think that the problem is larger than being just incomplete. How do we know that an indexed record is even correct. Recently, I have seen deluge of indexed records that are wrong as to date or place, and then a second indexed record comes along that shows the correct (at least as far as I know) information. These indexed records do not have the original record attached to them. Why not force indexer to attach the original record? Otherwise, the indexed record is just a piece of paper. Again, I think that this is a serious problem.

    @Scott Lawrence Robinson, "force the indexer to attach"??? The availability of the image to go with an index is determined at a much, much higher level than the volunteer indexers!

    Cathy's example does have the image available, hence her report.

    @Cathy Kenville Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears his name was indexed as the certificate number by accident.
