How to edit scanned documents

Hello!

I have noticed several scanned records which have been transcribed incorrectly. The edit button is grayed out. What can I do?

  If the Edit button is not active, you cannot edit the extract. Editing is a relatively new option on FamilySearch, and not all records or fields have the option.
