CDOL
I have been trying to access CDOL to check if the information is correct. Unfortunately When I click on the FHSC in the search bar all I get is 500/Internal Server Error. I can click on the Stake part and all of that comes up with no error. I think the Server error is not at our end. Am I doing something wrong or is this problem coming from somewhere else?

To view the FSC in CDOL you must now be on an FSC Computer and the CDOL is a read-only view. The Editing of the FSC section option has not yet been released.

STFHC-FSC Leaders may now update hours and other information about their Center by sending an email from their center email account with the desired changes or updates to dl-fsc-info@familysearch.org. This is a filtered account and will only accept emails sent from the FSC email account.

I am at the FamilySearch Center, signed into my churchofJesusChrist.org account and I have verified that I am a stake temple and family history consultant—FamilySearch center in LDS tools. (per this article just released https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/family-history-center-access-to-the-cdol )
Search by unit number brings up nothing
Search by town (Manti) brings up all the local units, but no familysearch center.

I went onto CDOL at the FSCenter and verified my credentials and tried putting in my FSC number 407623 and nothingthing came up at all. I then
Put in my Stake Name of Maroondah, and that all came up was all their stuff, but no FSC information. So now what do we do to access CDOL?

To be clear access to the CDOL is now restricted to a read-only status and very few in Leadership even have read-only access.
As CDOL contains extremely sensitive and privileged information it appears that going forward the read-only access will be taken away from many if not all Leaders and Clerks and those Leaders and Clerks will be given other databases for contact information and other programs for making edits to the CDOL.

This has been updated.
It will no longer be necessary to send an email message from a specific domain.
Center leaders who are set up correctly in CDOL with the Temple and Family History Consultant - Family History Center calling should be able to access CDOL and see centers and related units now.

Yes, we have verified the sending from non-church email accounts and STFHC-FSC can now view the CDOL.

I guess this one should be updated also, as it calls out specific email addresses for making the correction.

I have tried to access CDOL from my own computer and am still unable to get onto CDOL. I can still see my Stake information but nothing else. I am in Melbourne Australia and I note that Adelaid South Australia is having the same problem.

It is true that I can view the CDOL. In fact, I have been able to view the CDOL for years. Last fall I could no longer edit the CDOL for our FSC, but I could still view it. As of a few ?weeks? ago, I could still view the CDOL, but not see the information for our FSC. Today, I can still view the CDOL. I can search for our FSC in the CDOL. But I cannot FIND our FSC. It has not changed from the way it was a week ago.
I am a STFHC-FSC (screenshot from LCR) and was listed in CDOL for our FSC last I could see it:
Here is a screenshot of my search for our FSC in a unit number search:
Here is a screenshot of my search for our FSC for a unit name search:
The California San Jose FSC does not show up.
Is there something odd about me or about our FSC that Elder Richins can see FSCs, but I cannot see our FSC? Do other people see their FSC, or am I special?

Here are the results of that same search.
What I have observed is that with the change in platform, the addition of the various centers has been slow, and the populating of the various tabs for the centers is moving very slowly.

Very interesting. I just redid the both the unit number and unit name search which I posted yesterday. The results are unchanged from yesterday. Here is a screenshot of today's unit name search.
Notice that you get 8 results, and I get 5. Our permissions must be different. I see 2 units which you do not see. You see 5 units which I do not see. You can see the San Jose FSC, but I can not.
Elder Richins, can you report this obvious bug to the engineers to get it fixed?
Thanks!
