Can we still see (not edit) our FSC in CDOL?
I know from the Tech Talk that CDOL has become read-only, and that to update the information there we need to call FSC support to have a tech give us a link. The last I knew, (probably within the last month, when I checked) CDOL supplied the open hours and closed days information for our FSC. This is displayed by the "Find a FSC" web pages, and probably other places also. It also lets me see the other 2 stakes which support our FSC, and other FSC-related info (like that I am the center leader), and so forth. I don't know any other source of this information.
I checked CDOL this past week and find that our FSC has disappeared. I searched by FSC name and searched by our unit number, and both searches return "Units No Results." I searched for California San Jose and got names of stakes and missions as results, but not our FSC. That search previously showed our FSC. I searched our stake name and our stake unit number and they were found. I can also read the summary information for our stake. So I still have access.
Have all of the other FSCs disappeared from CDOL, or are we special?

My stake has 2 FSC's, neither show up in CDOL anymore. Like you I can still log in and see the stake information.

Yes, per the Zoom meeting last week what's reported above is correct, and apparently isn't just a temporary "glitch." I can see stakes and wards, but no matter how I search CDOL it's no longer possible to see any FSCs in the system. Even if that remains read-only, that would be a VERY significant thing to have available because of some initiatives in some areas (mine included) where we're beginning to get together with other FSCs via Zoom to discuss FSC-related topics specific to our coordinating council area (as approved by our Area Seventy). Suddenly I have no way of easily finding all the contact information for the FSC directors in our coordinating council, despite being able to see ward executive secretaries and clerks. I certainly hope they give that back to us at least read-only.

We were told today that (at least for today) our "Director" no longer has access, but a Stake Technology Specialist does. That matched our experience.

Update: I was informed yesterday by a separate source within FamilySearch that the issue is a known one, that it was not intended. As of this morning, I can still see wards and stakes (I'm a FSC "director"), but none of the FamilySearch Centers. I was told that they are working to restore that access to us (but no estimate as to when).

As of 7:26 pm PT today, 10 Feb 2023, I get these results for a search for our FSC by name in CDOL:
For a search in CDOL by unit number, I get this:
On 26 Jan 2023 I tried the email address you suggest to report the new hours for our FSC and received a permanent error as a reply to the email. I just tried it again, and received this reply immediately:
I think that email error means that the email address does not exist.
So, to me it seems that the California San Jose FSC cannot be found in CDOL either by name or by unit number, and I can't send an email to report the new 2023 FSC information. Three others above are reporting the same thing, and my tests just now seems to confirm that it has not yet been fixed.

I am also unable to get FSCS still in CDOL.
Also, over a week ago I called Support, they connected me to the form to fill out for changing hours in our FSC, and that change is still not showing up on the map of FSCs and FamilySearch Affiliate Libraries. Can someone manually change it for us?

If changes to FamilySearch Center information in CDOL are required, please send an email to fsc-administration@familysearch.org and include the center details to be changed.
You should be able to click the above link and it should open your default email program and enter the required information. This should be sent from your FamilySearch Email account, not from a personal email account.

I initially followed the guidance at the Tech Support meeting earlier this month. It did not work. I decided to try the email address shown above to see if I could get through, but got my own rejection notice. Thank you for posting this additional guidance above to add the extra requirement that it has to come from a Church account. Hopefully that will work.

CDOL is now permanently a read-only database. Necessary changes for FamilySearch Centers may only be made by calling FamilySearch Support at 1-866-406-1830 and selecting FamilySearch Center Support option 5 to speak with someone who can forward the information to those that can update the CDOL.

Following Elder Richin's 11 Feb information, on Sunday or Monday I resent my email (which had immediately received a "permanent error" on 26 Jan when sent from my personal email address) but this time from the FSC's @familyhistorymail account. I have still not received any "permanent error" reply, nor have I received any reply indicating that anyone has received the email. Neither has the "Closing day" information changed on our FSC "locator" page.
Seeing Elder Richin's 14 Feb post, I called the number and talked with a sister who took my information and requested a tech. After she spoke with the tech, she told me to open Splashtop SOS. The tech opened a web page in my browser, which was the survey we answered in late 2022 giving our hours and closing days. The sister with whom I was speaking told me to fill in the survey, and it would take several days to a week to see the "location" information for our FSC change.
On the survey, I filled in the open days and hours, which were unchanged from last year. I went to our FSC's wiki page and copied the closing days text (which was changed for 2023) and pasted it into the closing days section of the survey and submitted the survey.
I will check the "FSC location" information in a few days to a week to see if it has been updated, and report my results 🙂.

It's been well over two weeks now, and our change - as submitted through the Splashtop link provided by phone support - was completed. Our hours are still not updated. Calling Support with the link to the change page, and sending a message here to request assistance with updating our hours, is not working, and obviously we can no longer update through CDOL. What next?

CDOL as of today is permanently set to read-only. We have been assured that we will get a method to update information in CDOL soon. I want to apologize for the confusion and misinformation on this topic. Please keep the WIKI updated and current; we will have to wait for a proven solution from those controlling the CDOL. As for editing the CDOL, they tell me that that will not be changed, it will be read-only for everyone, and that they must create other methods to update and verify the changes.

Our changes to the CDOL have been done, but when I go to CDOL to see that the changes are there all I get is, 500/Internet Service Error. I can see all the Stake information but not the FHSC changes. I feel that the 500 error is not at our end, can any advise of a solution?

Is the map showing FamilySearch Affiliate Libraries as well as FamilySearch Centers controlled by CDOL? The map has not been updated to show our current hours despite multiple attempts via multiple means for over two weeks.
