How to fix name fields in Tver' projects?

I love doing Russian projects, now I'm working on Tver' records (kind of Census 1858). Somehow by mistake the field 'name' is now on the third line instead the first one. Please, remind me how to fix this problem.

  Click on the three white dots in the blue bar and then click reset field order.
