I am having trouble accessing my church ancestry account.

I signed up for a church Ancestry account but an old account keeps coming up. Can you help me link the two accounts?

  The article How do I set up my Ancestry account? in the Help Center states, "If you encounter any problems as you register for free access to Ancestry, please contact FamilySearch Support." Have you tried reaching out to them?
