Community Not Functioning Properly for Others? Or is it just me?

For the past couple of days, when I post an image here in Community I cannot resize it. Clicking on the resize icon causes a quick blink but that is all. This is in both Safari and Firefox.

  When I try to click on the resize icon in Chrome, the list flashes on for a second but will not stay on so that I can choose a size. I will pass this on for review. Thanks

  @Gordon Collett I just tested and had the same result. Using Windows 10 and Firefox, all fully updated.

  Edit to add - switched to Chrome, and I was able to resize an image.
