Clarification on South-Africa Dutch Reformed Church Membership

I am assuming this batch is a church membership record. If so, there are three dates listed; birthdate, adoption date, and proposed date. Which date would be considered the "event" date? Thank you.

  The header mentions ‘Membership register of the municipality of Naauwpoort’. The first date is ‘birthday’, the second ‘when accepted’, the third ‘when introduced’. I hope it helps you with your question.
